Construction of Neo Natolin estate roads begins

Thanks to Real Management, Warsaw will get a new estate of single-family houses with accompanying infrastructure, which will be built on a 36.5-acre property on the Korbońskiego Street in Warsaw. Construction works involving roads began in August.

Construction works which have begun in August are conducted by Mabau and were divided into two stages. The first includes preparing the ground for public and internal roads, as well as replacing the soil for house construction. The process has already begun, with an expected completion date in the first quarter of 2023. The second stage is laying down the pavement for all public and internal roads, along with lighting and telecommunications ducting. The work is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2024.

Neo Natolin will be a one-of-a-kind development of single-family homes in Warsaw, which will provide residents with a high level of living comfort along with convenient access to the city centre. Each house will have its own plot measuring from 750m² even up to 1000m² with 70% of the biologically active area. In the first phase of the estate’s construction, houses with a usable area of 185m² and 220m²will be delivered. Construction work on the foundation of the houses’ structures is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2023.

The estate, designed by the renowned architectural studio APA Wojciechowski, will be distinguished by elegant, modern architecture, solutions ensuring privacy of neighbouring families and numerous amenities. The land development plan provides for relaxation zones, places to spend time together, playgrounds for children, alleys, ponds and nooks with small architecture. In the next phases of the investment implementation, Real Management S.A. also plans to build multi-family buildings, schools, parks and cultural institutions.

The investment in Natolin is the third single-family housing project in the company’s portfolio. Real Management has already completed the Rezydencja Chojnów project covering 30 houses and Rezydencja Pałacowa consisting of 48 luxury buildings.
